The idea

Many rural Irish pubs and businesses have a bit of space and quiet evenings. Many campervan travellers want a safe, welcoming place to stop for the night. Nightcap is a simple directory that connects the two: the traveller gets a place to park, and the host gets a customer who stays for the evening.

How it works

For travellers

  1. Find a stop on the map.
  2. Check the rules and the spend or fee the host asks for.
  3. Stay and support the host.

For hosts

  1. Tell us about your space.
  2. We verify the details with you.
  3. Travellers find you on the map.

Permission to stay comes from the host, or from the council where it applies. Always follow local signage and bye-laws.
